NASHVILLE, TN (July 10, 2026) — Out today, “Bad Habits” marks the latest release from Nashville-based sister duo Diamond DixieGabriela and Bianca LeDuc — as they continue building toward their forthcoming EP, Time Well Wasted (due August 21). With more than one million followers across social media, the pair deliver a slow-burning, introspective track that explores the intoxicating pull of emotional dependency and the blurred line between infatuation and obsession.

STREAM “BAD HABITS” HERE.

Written by Sam Shelton, Gabriela LeDuc, and Bianca LeDuc, “Bad Habits” captures the feeling of being drawn so deeply to someone that they become impossible to resist — a new kind of vice that feels thrilling, consuming, and almost impossible to quit. The track features Bianca LeDuc on lead vocals, Gabriela LeDuc on background vocals, Brent Wilson on guitars, Chris Haughey on bass, and Jerry Roe on drums. Produced, mixed, and mastered by Brent McCollough, the song balances polished production with an organic edge that keeps its emotional weight front and center.

Combining country storytelling with subtle rock influences, “Bad Habits” highlights Diamond Dixie’s signature vocal chemistry, with Bianca’s commanding lead vocal and banjo work complemented by Gabriela’s harmonies. Gabriela and Bianca share, “‘Bad Habits’ is about being so infatuated by someone that they become your new vice. We relate the feeling of having a crush on someone to being better than any high you can get from anything else.” Filmed outside the The Dive Motel in Nashville, TN, Diamond Dixie deliver the track’s official music video alongside the single’s release.

Time Well Wasted marks a defining new chapter for Diamond Dixie, showcasing the duo’s evolution through deeply personal songwriting shaped by real-life experiences. With Gabriela shaping melody and Bianca building chord structures and lyrical frameworks, their collaborative process continues to create music that feels both intimate and instantly relatable.

Rooted in themes of heartbreak, resilience, and personal growth, Time Well Wasted marks a sonic and emotional evolution. With Gabriela shaping melody and Bianca building chord structures and lyrical frameworks, their collaborative process results in music that feels both deeply personal and instantly anthemic. As Bianca puts it, this new era is defined by “unapologetic confidence and heavy sounds that make you want to shout these songs at the top of your lungs.”

Bianca and Gabriela add, “As we’ve lived out the experiences that we write about in this EP, we’ve learned to go all in and love to the fullest. Sometimes after a while, you realize some of those relationships aren’t meant for you and it’s time to move on because you want to spend your time well.”

Champions of Ole Red’s nationwide Battle of the Bands, Diamond Dixie has built a reputation as one of country music’s most dynamic rising acts. The Nashville-based duo has opened for Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker, Little Texas, and Neal McCoy, and performed VIP sets for Miranda Lambert, Florida Georgia Line, and Luke Bryan.
